「Tempura」
Tempura can be described as a Japanese fritter-like dish that is created by cutting seafood and vegetables into proper sizes, dipping them in a batter-like wheat flour water mix so as to give them a thin coating, and cooking them in sesame oil etc. Crispy tempura is so delicious, especially when it freshly cooked. You can eat it with dashi (soup stock) or salt. Tempura can be eaten in fast food restaurants as well as in more high-end establishments.
